I'm a fully licensed contractor in Connecticut with over 18 years of experience. I have worked with large residential and commercial developers in the Central Connecticut area. My involvement included site/construction management, consulting on raw land acquisitions as well as sub-division design and usage to best fit our target market.

Having worked in the area over the past years I've developed working relationships with many contractors and developers which gives me the ability to market large parcels of raw and approved land effectively to potential buyers. Also having a background in construction allows me to asses the value for your target market.

I would enjoy meeting with you to understand your specific needs and this would give me an opportunity to explain in more detail how I can work with you to meet your objectives.
